To begin with, during early transition, there will be very little change in how vacancies and candidates are processed in order to maintain normal service delivery and ensure minimum disruption.
There will be a new online enquiry system as an additional way to contact the team and a new streamlined telephony system. Existing contact methods may change initially & some processes may change as the service develops however, any changes that Service Users need to be directly aware of, will be communicated in advance through various communication platforms. For reference, service user updates can be found in the “Service User Updates” section on this page. The recruitment team will continue to help and support and guide service users through transition.
