NHS Lothian Patient Experience Survey NHS Lothian is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Understanding the experiences of our patients, families and carers is an essential part of improving services and ensuring that care is organised around what matters most to the people who use it. The Patient Experience survey explores your care and whether this was focused on what mattered to you, whether you were treated with dignity and respect, and involved in decisions about your care. The survey is available across all three acute hospital sites. You can complete the survey by scanning on the QR code on ‘Your experience matters’ posters or business cards, or with support from trained Patient Experience Volunteers who may be on your ward. The information received from the survey is anonymous and sent to the relevant service the next working day. This allows services to understand what things they are doing well as well as gain feedback on ideas of what could be improved. Please lookout for the Patient Experience survey posters and tell us what you think. Your feedback is important to us.
