Postal invitations will be sent to those who have not opted for digital communication. Local Health & Social Care Partnership (HSCP) Teams will contact care homes to arrange vaccination of their residents. For eligible groups not sent a scheduled invite, please self-book using the online portal, or contact us to make an appointment.
