Community Asset Transfer Requests and Community Right To Buy

The Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015 introduces the right for community transfer bodies to request a Community Asset Transfer for ownership, lease, management or use of publicly owned buildings or land they feel they could make better use of.
Community Right to Buyallows communities across Scotland to apply to register a community interest in land or buildings, and to be given the first right of refusal should the landowner decide to put the land up for sale.

NHS Lothian own or lease the properties listed here.
