For NHS Lothian Users: If you are not logged in automatically, you can select the login button at the top right of the landing page and enter your nhs.scot mail username and password, just as you would when logging into your email. For NHS Fife, NHS Borders, Scottish Ambulance Service and PSD Scotland Users: If you are not logged in automatically, select the login button at the top right of the landing page enter your long NHS email address. For example, NHS Fife email addresses will end with @fife.nhs.scot, NHS Borders will end with @borders.scot.nhs.uk, Scottish Ambulance Service will end with @sas.nhs.scot and PSD Scotland will end with @nes.scot.nhs.uk. Find it in Microsoft Teams Open Microsoft Teams. Click your profile picture or initials in the top‑right corner. Under your name, look for your email address – this is your full Microsoft 365 account name. Find it in Outlook on the Web Go to Outlook on the web. Click your profile picture (top-right). Your long email address appears under your name. Find it in Outlook Desktop App Open Outlook. Go to File (top-left corner). Under Account Information, your email address is displayed next to “Account Information” or “Account Settings”. Once you have entered your long NHS email address, sign in with the ‘Magic Link’ option. Follow the instructions to receive a verification email where you will then be able to setup your password. There are three options once on the platform: Knowledge Base – this will include links to the national standardised SOP’s.
