Understanding the experiences of our patients, families and carers is an essential part of improving services and ensuring that care is organised around what matters most to the people who use it. You can complete the survey by scanning on the QR code on \u2018Your experience matters\u2019 posters or business cards, or with support from trained Patient Experience Volunteers who may be on your ward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The information received from the survey is anonymous and sent to the relevant service the next working day.&nbsp; This allows services to understand what things they are doing well as well as gain feedback on ideas of what could be improved. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please lookout for the Patient Experience survey posters and tell us what you think.\u00a0 Your feedback is important to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NHS Lothian is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
